How To Install:
1. Locate the mounting position for the anchor when mounting in a truck without stake pockets. Drill a 1" hole through the bedliner and into the truck rail.
2. Locate the bedliner hole over the center of the pocket when mounting in a truck with stake pockets.
3. Push the anchor bolt and toggle through the hole. Position the toggle wings to contact the underside of the truck rail and hand tighten firmly until secure.
4. Check the tie-down material and anchor point every 25 miles.
