My son in law and I had to fix it since the spot welds were all broken, the fan was not fastened down the power plug was not even plugged in. For a brand new furnace what I paid for it this shouldn't have happened.

Heater Arrived Damaged

This unit was terribly damaged when we opened it. The external sheet metal housing was bent which made unit out of square. The unit had shifted in housing and gas valve was not accessible. Screws that hold furnace to housing were pulled out of metal and loose. The internal fan was installed backwards and set screw was loose. The electrical plug for 110 was pushed sideways and retaining tabs were busted. We had an emergency need for this unit so we tinkered with it for about 4 hours and were able to install it. I am requesting a replacement of the unit.
