Tank Blanket RV Holding Tank Heater - 40 Gallon - 30" x 12"
Installation- Determine the best location by placing the Tank Blanket on the area of the tank where the majority of the water sits. This will make it easier to heat the water thoroughly.
- Clean area where it is being placed, this will help the back stick to the tank better.
- The bump under the red dot is the control thermostat. This must be near the lowest point of the tank area where the liquid is present, for accuracy.
- With out using adhesive, test the position by holding the heater on the tank, with the red dot near the lowest point. Check the route and clearance of the power wires.
- Remove the 2 backing papers from the back and the heater assembly.
- Stick the heater to the tank, but be careful as the adhesive is very sticky. Make sure the wires are out of the way, then seal the heater tight against the tank.
- Connect power.
