The Drain Master Electric Waste Valve With LED Switch provides a positive, more sanitary method of emptying RV holding tanks. Manual, hard to reach, dirty and difficult to operate waste valves are now virtually obsolete. Drain Master requires only the simple flip of a switch to open or close waste valves when emptying your holding tanks.

Switchplate features an LED indicator to alert when your valve has been left open.
Waste flows through a 3" ABS gate valve with 50:1 gear reduction developing plenty of torque for years of service.
Takes less than half a second to open and close.
Easily replaces manual or cable pull valves.
Valve easily adapts to existing bolt on flanged valve connections.
Provides an easy way to open and close the remotely installed valve.
Manual override is accessible from either side of the valve.
Dump your tanks with push-button ease.
Add a second switch inside your RV (not included).
The complete system is plug-and-play, making installation a 2-wire snap.
Requires a 5205DM30-CR reducer kit for installation on a 1-1/2" gray water pipe.

How often should you clean your valve?

The length of time between service intervals will vary depending on usage, tank maintenance and installation position. If the Drain Master was installed in the 10 o’clock to 2 o’clock position over the piping (with little stress on the piping) and you use your RV seasonally, you may never need to do any valve maintenance. If on the other hand the valve was installed in a difficult to reach location and with the valve positioned at the side of the drain pipe and or you are full time RVer you may need to include the valve cleaning procedure in your annual maintenance schedule.

Drain Master With LED Switch Electric Waste Valve

I purchased the DrainMaster sewer drain because my new coach has two macerator toilets that use a lot of water and fill my black tank quickly. Once the tank is full, it shuts down the toilets. I ordered the drain with a second switch so I could dump my tank from inside the coach when I'm connected to a sewer. The drain works great, opens and closes quickly and turns a the red light on the switch "ON" when the valve is open. Others I looked at were larger and would have been harder to fit and install. So far it works great!
