The Permatex Gasket Maker is a fast-curing silicone gasket maker designed for a variety of vehicle and marine applications. Remains highly flexible after applying, and resistant to any oils or other auto shop fluids. Sensor safe, low odor, and non-corrosive formula.
- Ideal for valve covers, oil pans, manifold end seals, timing covers, and differential covers.
- For marine: valve covers, oil pans, manifold end seals, timing covers, water pumps, and thermostat housings.
- Meets performance specs of OE silicone gaskets.
- Dries in 1 hour.
- Cure Time: 24 hours (allow more time in colder weather).
- Temperature Range: -65 to 500 degrees F.
- Note: not meant for head gaskets or parts in contact with gasoline.
