Koni Shock Install Instructions
CAUTION: Before installation - With vehicle at proper ride height, measure the
distance between the shock mounting points and note. Then collapse and extend
the shock fully and measure. The shock should be close to the center of its
stroke when installed or at least have 3” of stroke in either direction. IF NOT THE
SHOCK COULD BREAK AND VOID WARRANTY.
1. Unbolt the original shock and compare to replacement.
2. Install new shock with label and numbering right side up.
3. Tighten bolts to proper torque.
Adjusting Koni Shocks:
Gold colored Koni FSD shocks are self-adjusting. All others can be
adjusted by holding the shock up right and compressing it completely.
While compressed- turn the bottom half of the shock clockwise to tighten
dampening. Turn counter clockwise to loosen.
