The Ez Battery Check Twist Lock Battery Watering System Caps With Water Level Monitor is a simple, easy way to maintain the water levels in your 6 and 8V deep cycle batteries.
  • Monitor the water levels in your batteries without needing to remove them.
  • Adjustable blow-molded float is more buoyant and provides for 3/8" of length adjustment.
  • Requires only 2" of clearance above the battery mounting surface.
  • Float length comes pre-adjusted to fit most batteries right out of the package.
  • Designed for RVs, golf carts, and solar systems.
  • Features a visible gauge of the water level in each battery cell.
  • Green painted line for float level reference.

Using Ez Battery Check Water Level Monitor

1. Ensure the battery is fully charged.
2. The battery's electrolyte level should be at the manufacturer's recommended level. Add distilled water if necessary. Do not over fill.
3. Remove the original vent caps and install the Ez Check Battery caps.
4. Note the level of the red float indicators and position the O rings even with the bottom of the red float indicators.
5. The Ez Check cap is now ready to be monitored. When the red float indicator drops below the O ring, remove the small black cap on the fill tube and slowly add distilled water to the cell until the red float indicator rises above the O ring.
6. Re-install the small black cap and you're done.

Batteries should be checked frequently to maintain the correct fluid levels.
