Ok, no problem. The letter L means that the unit is locked. To unlock the Doran 360RV you will need to make sure the unit is plugged into the cigarette port. You will need to press and hold the up arrow, down arrow and the P(program) button at the same time. The letter U will show up on the screen indicating that the unit is now unlocked. You will then be able to press your P button to go into your programs to continue with your set up. See full answer »

There is no set yes or no answer for this. It all depends on the structure of the RV and electronic devices that may cause interference. On my 40' Winnebago Vecta I did not need a repeater, but on my current 40' truck conversion which is all metal I did need one. I can tell you with the booster you are less likely to encounter a dropped sensor if some other interference were to come into play while on the road. See full answer »

The sensors with the 360RV6 are not flow through sensors. Remove the sensor, check pressure, and inflate if
necessary. When you return the sensor to the valve stem, the sensor will begin to read the current pressure and return to its normal operation. This was found on page 23 of the manual. You can check out the manual here--> http://www.rvupgradestore.com/v/vspfi... See full answer »

The best way to install the Doran 360RV6 is on metal valve stems. Without knowing exactly what your set up is, I could not say for sure. However, it has been done using precautions such as making sure that you use a valve stem support to support the extension and using a solid extension instead of a flexible one may help as well.
