Here is an extreme crack in a polyethylene tank.

Drill a hole at each end to keep the crack from spreading.
|

Measure the amount of AlumiBond required. Go 2 inches beyond the end of the crack in each direction.

Remove approximately 3-4 inches of release liner to get started.
|
|
5.
|
Apply AlumiBond to crack.
|
|
6.
|
Once installed, rub into place using moderate pressure, and apply a second piece over the first.
|
|

Job Complete!
Allow to stand for 12 hours before refilling tank.
