No thanks. I would rather not participate in rating.

I am trying to start leaving postiive review to help inform. My AC control box (part no. 8330-633) completely failed and I order this part after seeing reviews. The part came in 72 hours of ordering. The only reason that I gave the review 4 starts is because instead of using the existing plugs that the 8330-633 uses, this has leads that then have to be connected to the wires. I used heat shrink butt connectors to ensure a watertight seal but the fact it was not a plug and play replacement was why I reduced it to 5 stars. The install was not rocket surgery but did require some tools/supplies that some may not have on hand. For reference, Camping World had the same part for 50% more cost which was similar to what I was quoted from another RV supply store. Thank you RV Upgrades for getting me a working part, that fixed the problem, and came quickly.
